      Yes, you can purchase a Support Package of your Choice even if you did not Purchase Archicad from DIMENSION PLUS. Get in touch with team DIMENSION PLUS and your Support Plan can be activated anytime.

      Is Support mandatory with Archicad subscription?

      No. it is an optional support service. Archicad subscription already includes access to the software and updates. DIMENSION PLUS Support is for practices that want structured support, faster guidance, and project-level clarity while working on live projects.

      What is the difference between DIMENSION PLUS Support and regular reseller support?

      Most reseller support is limited to basic how-to questions.
      DIMENSION PLUS goes further by offering screen sharing, workflow guidance, file performance checks, and project health reviews(as per plan). It is designed around real project usage, not just software assistance.

      Does Support include BIM Performance Index™ or BIM Transformation Program™?

      No. the focus is on support, guidance, and recommendations.

      Yes. All Support plans are annual and can be upgraded at any time if your support needs increase during the year. The Prices will be calculated Pro rata Basis.
