    P2S (Perpetual to Subscription) is Graphisoft's program that allows Indian architecture practices to access Archicad at a significantly discounted entry price, transitioning to a subscription model. The key feature: if you don't see clear value in the first year, you retain a perpetual licence at no cost. DIMENSION PLUS is an authorised P2S reseller across India.     Every bundle includes: an Archicad licence (P2S or subscription), the DIMENSION PLUS IND Template built for Indian drawing standards and practice workflows, optional add-ons matched to your project type (Eptar for residential/structural, Ci Tools for workflow automation), and Solace™ support with screen sharing.     Both are professional BIM tools. Revit is more common in large multi-disciplinary firms. Archicad is widely preferred by design-focused practices for its intuitive interface, faster learning curve, and the fact that it was designed by architects.
