Being the son of two architects, Malay has grown up to admire good design. The need for a well scripted overall experience has become quintessential to his notion of existence. His journey through academics in architecture at CEPT University have made him very conscious about the treatment of material and their impact on people. Design to him is not one thing or another, but a swill of constantly changing combinations. A lot of these changes come from his need to explore and read new things, which then circles back to contrasting ideas for different projects. Currently a Partner at Saransh, he is using his experiences to formulate a fresh direction for this more than 27 year old practice.
