Issues Solve In Archicad 24 Update 5000

The Update 5000 contains various enhancements and fixes since the original release of Archicad 24

  • DEF-1133 CRASH: When deleting a wall, Archicad would sometimes crash.
  • DEF-1154 FILE/IFC/IMPORT/CRASH: As Archicad tried to import an IFC with almost horizontal openings, it crashed.
  • DEF-1162 PERFORMANCE: The MVO setting “slab erase” was not designed for Layer Combination changes with a lot of movement.
  • DEF-1220 FILE/IFC/EXPORT: When this option was activated, Multisegmented Beams did not explode into Building Element Parts during IFC export.
  • DEF-1242 CRASH: As walls with an offset reference line were broken, Archicad crashed.

Issues Solved in Archicad 24 Update 4007/4018

The Update 4018 contains a fix for the following issue:

  • DEF-3085 MODEL: Section, Elevation viewpoints and views were deleted if a detail was created on section when Issues Manager is in use.

The Update 4007 contains various enhancements and fixes since the original release of Archicad 24

  • DEF-1194 BIMX/CRASH: BIMx Uploader sometimes crashed when deleting the pending uploads.
  • DEF-1419 CRASH: On Mac Archicad sometimes crashed when switching between the applications.
  • ARCH-12817 DOCUMENT: Extra accuracy numbers were displayed incorrectly in the schedules if the decimals were set to zero.
  • DEF-363 DOCUMENT: The list selected in schedule did not lead users to all elements in the model after they clicked the “Show in 3D” button.
  • DEF-1397 DOCUMENT: The settings of the last viewed source of a drawing temporarily overwrote the currently in focus drawing of the layout.
  • ARCH-12819 DOCUMENT: Zones’ Reduced Area data was not stored as an area type property.
  • DEF-676 DOCUMENT/CRASH: A dimension recalculation initiated because a view’s renovation filter changed, sometimes triggered a crash in Archicad.

  • DEF-1547 MODEL/DOCUMENT: Archicad defined Grasshopper Link columns/beams as invalid and removed them.
  • DEF-1291 FILE/BCF/IMPORT: A survey point messed up a BCF import, resulting in an inconsistency between the preview and 3d pane.
  • DEF-1167 FILE/CRASH: Owing to a missed graphic override combination in the view map settings for information and worksheets, Archicad periodically crashed.
  • DEF-676 DOCUMENT/CRASH: A crash in Archicad was rarely caused by a dimension recalculation induced by a view’s renovation filter shifting.
  • DEF-451 FILE/SAF/IMPORT: In Archicad, certain slanted columns exported from RISA and imported using SAF had the incorrect rotation.
