Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our products available for purchase are downloadable, functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide free trial periods for all the products unless specified differently, to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.
Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is functional during the trial period. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality.
During your trial period, our support team is available to assist in installation and configuration via email or support portal. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial version of any product prior to making a purchase.
Our services and training are not available for Trial due to copyright and intellectual property rights. However, you can request a demo sessions before joining our courses. Please note, approving or denying demo session request is sole decision of Product Expert and Trainer.
Order Cancellation – Products
When you purchase any of our products, as soon as your payment gets cleared we start the license activation process. Once your license to use the software gets activated you can not cancel the order.
Order Cancellation – Services
When you purchase our services (Training, Implementation and/or consultancy) as soon as your payments gets cleared our automated systems starts preparing for your access on our training and services portals through DIMENSION PLUS ID. Once you get your access rights to DIMENSION PLUS ID are delivered to your email ID, you can not cancel the order.
Refund Policy – Products
Once you License activation process starts, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.
Refund Policy – Services
Once you access our training and service portal via DIMENSION PLUS ID and spend more than 10 minutes on these portals you are not entitled to any refund.
Acceptance of this Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
